RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
If our product does not satisfy you or does not match your requirements, we are happy to take it back from you and also something goes wrong from our end i.e.:
- wrong product delivered.
- The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
The company bears all the expenses of return and delivery only.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

- The product must be in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
- At least 95% of the Perfume should be there in the bottle.
- You can return or exchange perfumes within the 30 days of purchase.
- No return or exchange on samples/testers.
- The customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery .i.e courier or registered post on his own expense to our provided address. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- The bank transfer fee will have to be bear by the customer.
